Withdrawals
Withdrawals require a security check by jdnkk's finance team. This check is a standard process for all players, and once it is done your funds arrive within 30 minutes to 3 hours. If your withdrawal stays pending longer than expected, contact us via Live Chat — have your Transaction ID ready.
Yes. At jdnkk, you can only withdraw to the KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, or CB Pay wallet you used to deposit — the wallet must be in your own name. Transfers to wallets not registered to you are not allowed. This policy is in place to protect your funds.
jdnkk processes withdrawals within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Outside of bank downtime caused by server issues, processing time does not normally exceed this window. If it is late at night or a bank holiday, there may be a slight delay, but our team monitors withdrawals around the clock.
jdnkk's withdrawal service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — you can request a withdrawal any time, including nights and public holidays. During late-night server maintenance, processing may take a little longer, but never beyond 3 hours. If it takes longer, contact us via Live Chat.
The minimum withdrawal amount at jdnkk is 30,000 Ks per transaction. Requests below this amount will be declined, so we recommend playing a little more first before withdrawing if your balance is low.
Depositing
jdnkk does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you transfer will be credited to your jdnkk account. However, we are not responsible for any fees charged by your wallet provider (such as KBZPay or Wave Money) — please check directly with your wallet provider regarding those charges.
Yes. Wave Money is one of the supported deposit methods at jdnkk. Log in to jdnkk, go to the deposit section, select Wave Money, then transfer the correct amount to jdnkk's Wave Money number — follow the instructions on the deposit page exactly.
The available deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. All four methods are also available for withdrawals. If any method is temporarily unavailable, you can ask for updates via Live Chat.
Log in to jdnkk and click Deposit, then select KBZPay. Transfer the correct amount (minimum 20,000 Ks) to the jdnkk KBZPay number shown, upload an unedited screenshot, and the deposit counter will confirm your payment.
If your balance has not been updated more than 15 minutes after depositing, contact jdnkk Live Chat — have your wallet transfer screenshot, transaction reference number, and deposit amount ready. We will check and resolve it for you. If you transferred to the wrong number, we cannot guarantee a refund, so always double-check the number before sending.
Responsible Gaming

jdnkk's services are for users aged 21 and over only. jdnkk does not allow players under 21 to register or play — this is a strict policy we follow to protect minors.
Yes. If you want to take a break from gaming for a period of time, you can request a Cooling-off or Self-Exclusion through jdnkk's Live Chat or at [email protected]. If you want to set your own Deposit Limit, contact jdnkk's support team via Live Chat — we will set the limit at the amount you choose (daily, weekly or monthly). Once a limit is set, it will not be increased until 24 hours have passed — this is to protect you.
Protecting Your Account
An OTP (One-Time Password) is a one-time secret code sent only to your phone number. jdnkk staff will never ask for your OTP by phone, chat or any other means — if anyone asks for your OTP, treat them as a scammer and stop the conversation immediately.
Change your password immediately and contact jdnkk's Live Chat — we can temporarily suspend your account. Then check your Wallet balance and gaming history. If you find missing funds or games you did not play, report the details to us and we will investigate.
jdnkk has only one official website — the address in your URL bar must say exactly jdnkk.com. Watch out for slight variations in the address (e.g. jdnkk1.com, j-dnkk.com) — these are phishing sites designed to steal your login details. Bookmark the site and always access it from that bookmark.
Two-Step Verification is a security layer that requires you to enter an OTP sent to your phone after entering your password. With this feature enabled, even if someone steals your password they cannot log in without the OTP — you can find how to turn it on in jdnkk's login Settings, or Live Chat can help you set it up.
jdnkk protects player data with SSL encryption. Payment information is sent only through secure channels and is never shared with third parties. Our Privacy Policy explains in detail how data is stored and used.
